Welcome to FileShare. By using our service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Usage Restrictions

• Uploading files for illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
• FileShare is a file sharing service and is NOT to be used as a primary backup solution.
• The following content is strictly forbidden and will be deleted without notice:
  • Nude or sexually explicit images.
  • Offensive images including political propaganda, pornography, child abuse, or weapons-making documentation.
  • Religious propaganda or hate speech.

2. Refund & Money Back Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back policy for Starter and Pro accounts. Please note:

• Money-back requests are only valid for the first 30 days of the initial subscription.
• This policy is NOT applicable on plan renewals.
• After 30 days, absolutely no refunds will be provided.

3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We strive for 99.9% uptime but guarantee a minimum of 90%. If service levels drop below 75% for unforeseen reasons, a partial refund will be provided on a prorated basis.

4. Copyright Policy

FileShare is not responsible for copyright-infringing content uploaded by users. If we receive a valid DMCA/Copyright complaint, we will notify the user via email. If no action is taken within the specified timeframe, the content will be deleted without further notification.
